Great technology products to help children learn and teachers evaluate their learning!

Phone-based sales to identify key decisionmakers in primary and secondary schools and school districts, build relationships, identify opportunities and barriers, present solutions, and close sales.

Analyze territory assigned in order to develop a suitable sales plan, prioritizing accounts and activities. Evaluate competitive scenario and adjust plans as needed. Monitor the market, identifying any new trends. Effectively use all resources to optimize productivity.

Job Requirements:
Our client`s expectations include:

  1. Proven success in recent inside sales, at least three years for a single employer. This should include a similar kind of product in terms of the sales cycle, as well as a similar kind of customer in terms of the sales penetration strategy.
  2. Experience with sales to the education sector and understanding of federal funding is strongly preferred. Client`s first choice is someone who has recently been selling this technical product for a competitor.
  3. Bachelor`s degree is a firm requirement, since all of the contacts will have at least a bachelor`s degree - and many will have a master`s degree and a PhD.
  4. Strong, persuasive skills in written and spoken communication will be essential for success since most contacts are by phone and by email. Please use your cover letter as one example!

Screening process includes local in-person interviews, reference checks, employment verification, education verification, and criminal background checks for misdemeanor and/or felony convictions.

$40-44K base + incentives
